While some people like to be fashionably late, we pride ourselves on being fashionably on time! We process orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Currently, Josephine’s Closet ships only within the United States. We use UPS and USPS as our shipping carriers; the carrier we use will be dependent on weight and destination of order. Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPO’s. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected. Below is a list of shipping options available (delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays). For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, we ship via USPS First Class or Priority only, and orders will arrive within 5-10 business days. Note that credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Once an item is shipped, we will e-mail you with your tracking number so you know when to expect your fabulous finds!
