Thank you for shopping at Josephine’s Closet.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly work with you to make it perfectly right.

Return & Exchange Policy
For returns and exchanges, complete the Return/Exchange Form and send us the item(s) that you would like to return or exchange.  Please note the following policies below:
•    Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the receipt date.
•    All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached. 
•    If you do not have your original receipt to mail with your return, we will credit your merchandise at the current selling price.
•    Shipping on returned merchandise is nonrefundable unless the product is damaged/defective upon arrival or the wrong item was shipped.
•    You may not return or exchange sale items, hair accessories, jewelry, ID cases, compact mirrors, purse hooks and gift certificates. If you send us any of the above in error, we will charge a 30% restocking fee.
•    Credits are made to the account used for original payment only .

Exchanges
If you need a different size or a completely different item, we will be happy to do an exchange for you.  To ensure that your exchange item is not sold out, please email or call us to hold your merchandise.  Complete the Return/Exchange Form and send this along with your tagged merchandise and original sales receipt to our mailing address:  Josephine’s Closet, P.O. Box 420663, San Diego California 92142-0663.  We recommended that you send your package with insurance, as we are not responsible for any lost parcels.  For exchanges, there is no additional shipping charge to have your new merchandise shipped back out to you.

Returns
Complete the Return/Exchange Form and send this along with your return item(s) and original sales receipt to our mailing address:  Josephine’s Closet, P.O. Box 420663, San Diego California 92142-0663.  We recommended that you send your package with insurance, as we are not responsible for any lost parcels. Once we receive your item(s), we will credit you.

Refund Process
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.  If you paid with a gift certificate, a new virtual gift certificate will be issued for the amount of the credit and emailed to the original recipient of the gift certificate. 

If you paid with a credit card, a credit will post to your account.  Once your return is received and processed, your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges incurred.  Please allow up to three weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.  By shopping with us you have agreed to the return and exchange policies stated above.
