How to Order
You may place your orders online day or night. Click on the product to see the detailed pictures and description of the item. Simply add the items to your “closet” and continue shopping or click the checkout button when you are ready to complete your order.
Payment Methods
Josephine’s Closet accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Jospehine’s Closet VIRTUAL gift certificates.
Sales Tax
No sales tax will be charged if the delivery address is located outside of the state of California. All purchases in California will include an 8.25% California sales tax.
Tracking your Order
You will receive three emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
1. The first is a receipt of payment from paypal; this email will arrive within 24 hours.
2. The second confirms that your order was received; this email will also arrive within 24 hours.
3. The third confirms that your order was shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number and order ID for your package. You can check the current status of your order directly from our website. Packages shipped via UPS can be tracked online at www.ups.com or by phone at 1.800.PICKUPS. Packages shipped via USPS can be tracked online at www.usps.com or by phone at 1.800.222.1811.

Out of Stock Items
Because of our quest to provide you with the latest in fashion, we do not stock large quantities of any item. For this reason, we may not have the merchandise you ordered. You will receive an email advising you of any out of stock items. We update our site often with great new merchandise and we’re sure you’ll find something else you will love.
Sizing
Our clothing is Junior sized which runs small. Please refer to the following size chart to help you order the correct size. If you don’t have a measuring tape on hand, simply use a piece of ribbon or string and line it up against a yardstick. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
